Jordin Sparks -- Fashion Giant

Jordin SparksWith her Gap jeans and Sketchers sneakers nowhere to be found, "American Idol's" Jordin Sparks is being tweezed, waxed and flat-ironed into her Badgley Mischka gowns! After all, "American Idols" aren't born -- they're made!!

The high-end designers have outfitted the gorgeous 17-year-old for tonight's finale, making it the first time a world renowned couture house has custom-made ensembles for an "A.I." finale. Good thing Melinda Doolittle was cut -- Badgley Mischka gowns don't come in neckless!

Last night's show also featured Jordin wearing a slimming black and green mini-dress by Poppie Couture (pictured here), which designer/stylist Poppie Harris handbeaded herself. And to think, just last month, Jordin was buying Nicole Miller dresses off the rack at Bloomingdales. Quelle Horreur!

Besides the BM frocks, Jordin is also expected to don a dress by Katharine McPhee's favorite designer from last season, Dina Bar El. Let's hope being tall with long dark hair and curves works out better for Jordin than it did for Kat. Meow!

31. To the person or who ever you are pretending to be a reporter....your comments about Melinda were tasteless and unnecessary. Perhaps you should be assigned something more befitting your talent like a 23 day with Paris Hilton.

36. Jordin is the size of an average American "real" woman. it's interesting that so many people think that she is fat.

You only need to be "thin" if you plan to be a man's toy or you need to please one. . If you plan to make your own fortune and money, you can be any size you want to be. And yes, Oprah did tell me that!!

37. TO TIIC OF THE WRITERS AT TMZ:

How in the world can you, men and women of supposed education, allow someone to write for you who is, quite obviously, in dire need of medication, (not to mention an attitude adjustment)?!

Is TMZ a part of a high-school media arts class? Because this writer sounds just like a 14 year old. Time to boot this little punk ass kid, and some of the other writers, to the curb, put them on that little yellow school bus, and bring in some real writers.

I come from a very old, very large family who live and have businesses in the US and in 4 other countries. I have a business account with AOL and many of my friends and family are AOL members. I'm putting it on the record that if I read one more mean-spirited attack against someone who is NOT in the streets, like Paris Hilton, et al, I will drop my account with AOL, so will my family and friends, and we will tell everyone we know, and so on, and so on, and so on... Do you get the picture?

That was mean and uncalled for. You're an ass.

39. I would love to see a picture of the person who made the comment about Melinda. How can anyone be so shallow and ignorant. Please please post a picture of yourself, I'm sure that I am not the only one who wants to see how absolutley beautiful and flawless you are. I would love a chance to critique and judge your physical appearance, because I and probably quite a few others have already formed our opinions regarding your intelligence and let's put it this way; you better be beautiful because your not going to get very far based on your brains!

40. That was not a nice thing to say about Ms. Doolittle!!! Congrats to Sparks!!!!! I love her, and knew she had this win since the start.

41. How can anyone make remarks about Melinda and Jordin when one of the fattest, sweatiest, ugliest person won Idol several years ago and another down right ugly one won a year later. Neither of them can sing but Melinda had a fabulous voice and so does Jordin. They will go far. The name given to someone as winning American Idol is just a title....nothing more. The second two idols chosen were far from looking like idols, or singing like one. Ugh!

42. JORDIN IS BEAUTIFUL AND HAS A GREAT VOICE SHE DESERVES TO BE THE WINNER. SHE LOOKS HEALTHY, ANYONE WHO JUDGES SOMEONE BY WHAT THEY WEIGH OR HOW TALL OR HOW MUCH MONEY ETC, ISN'T WORTH WORRYING OVER OR ACKNOWLEDGING THEIR COMMENTS. WAY TO GO JORDIN I WISH YOU ALL THE BEST IN YOUR NEW CAREER.

43. Way to go. An opportunity to demonstrate tact, wit and humor lost. Your writer and your editor might as well stoop to working at perez hilton. They're obviously qualified.
